HOW TO CHANGE YOUR TREVECCA ID AND CANVAS PROFILE PICTURE

Your ID card syncs to Canvas, so changing your picture on your ID will automatically change your picture in Canvas.

Navigate to the site: https://trevecca.sharepoint.com/ > ID Card / Add Boone Bucks

• Make sure the photo is taken in front of a plain wall (i.e., think Driver's License appropriate photo)
• No hats or sunglasses
• Make sure the photo presents full headshot from the top of the shoulders up
• Center the head with the frame.
• The system is configured to use aspect ratio 4 : 5.
• The minimum size of the photo should be: Width: 300 px. Height: 375 px.
• If the photo is larger than: Width 2000 px. Height: 2500 px., it will be resized to these dimensions.
