How to Reserve a Conference Room

1. Create a New Meeting in Outlook or Teams

 

2. Click 'Search for a Room' to see all available conference rooms. To see room schedules, click 'Scheduling Assistant' and add the room

 
Four of these rooms will require approval before your request can be confirmed.

  • Adams (Judy Hiatt) 

  • Admissions (Hailey Perry) 

  • Boone (Pam Costa) 

  • ITS (Faye Cox) *this one is located behind a security coded door so at this time please consider to be unavailable* 

  

NOTE: Only employees classified as full-time Administrators or Administrative Assistants can reserve conference rooms.
