How to Change Blackboard Total Column to Letters to Submit Grades to Colleague

1. Go to the 'Full Grade Center' for your course

 

 

2. Click the drop-down arrow next to the Total column and click 'Edit Column Information' 

 

 

3. Scroll down and change the Primary Display to Letter (Grade) and Secondary Display to Score

 

 

4. Click 'Submit' at the bottom

 

5. Click Course Tools > Submit Grades to Colleague to verify the grades are correctly displayed
