How to Add LinkedIn Learning Courses to Blackboard Course Content

Blackboard Original View 

 

1. Click on 'Content' and then 'Build Content' 

 

 

2. Click on LinkedIn Learning

 

 

 

3. It should automatically log you in to LinkedIn Learning. If not or it gives an error, please contact Online Help. Once it logs you in, you can search for the specific course or search for a learning topic.

 

 

4. Click Add to add the entire course or you can arrow down to a specific video to add to your course.  

 

 

5. Once the course says “Remove”, you can click 'Confirm' at the bottom to add it to your course.  

 

 

6. A prompt window will show saying the course was added successfully. Make sure to follow the instructions to close the window and refresh your course window to show the added content.

 

 

7. The LinkedIn video will play within the course, keeping the student in Blackboard and not opening a new page to LinkedIn Learning. 

 

 

 

 

Blackboard Ultra View 

 

1. From the Course Content section, click the plus button to add content.

 

 

2. Choose 'Content Market'  

 

 

3. Follow steps 3-6 from the instructions above as they are the same for both versions. 

 

4. Click the X out of the Content Market and click the refresh button to refresh your course. You will see the course displayed there in your content section.
