The Papercut Integrated Scanning feature allows for easier access to scan to email and scan to OneDrive.
Log into the printer using your ID card or Trevecca credentials.
Three options are presented:
Print Release - print the jobs sent from your computer or device
Access Device - access applications available on the printer
Scan - scan to email and scan to OneDrive
Scan to Email
To scan to email, click on Scan and choose Scan to Email. It will automatically add your email address and choose default settings. You can change these settings by clicking on Change Settings. You can also change the Subject of the email message and name of the file.
Scan to OneDrive
To scan to OneDrive, click on Scan and choose Scan to OneDrive. It will automatically place it in a folder in your OneDrive account called Apps. You can also change any necessary settings here as you need them.
Once the scan is complete, you will get an email from Papercut asking you to authenticate and allow Papercut to place these files in your OneDrive account.
Papercut will place all scans into the Apps folder and will email you every time a scan completes.
